Terms of Service
By using this app, you agree to these terms. Written in plain language, same as the Privacy Policy - this is a one-person project, not a company.
What this app is
A free schedule and channel/streaming guide for sports games. It tells you what's on and where to watch it - it doesn't broadcast, stream, or sell access to any game itself.
Accuracy isn't guaranteed
Schedules, scores, channels, and odds come from ESPN's own public data and can be wrong, delayed, or change without notice (a game gets moved to a different channel, a start time shifts, and so on). Always double-check with your provider or the league before making plans around what's shown here.
No affiliation
This app isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of ESPN, any league, team, network, or streaming service named in it, or any sportsbook whose odds are shown. All logos and names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify what's being described.
Your account
If you sign in, you're responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure. You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time (Settings > Account).
Subscriptions
Ad-Free ($1.99/month or $19.99/year) and Pro ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) are optional paid tiers - the full guide, list, and search stay free either way. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Canceling stops future renewals, but you keep the plan you paid for until the end of that period - it's not a refund. Manage or cancel anytime from Settings > Membership. Deleting your account does the same: it stops a paid plan from renewing, with no refund for the period already paid. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own hosted checkout page; the Privacy Policy says what is shared. Prices can change, but never mid-period without notice first.
Acceptable use
Use the app the way it's meant to be used - don't try to scrape, overload, or interfere with it, and don't use it to break any law. Access can be restricted for accounts or activity that does this.
No liability
This app is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. The person who built it isn't liable for anything that results from using it, or from relying on information it shows - including any decision made based on displayed betting odds.
Changes
These terms and the Privacy Policy can change as the app changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.
